Flora & Fauna
Posted in Podcasts on August 6th, 2010Scotland's wildlife is typical of the north west of Europe, although several of the larger mammals such as the Lynx, Brown Bear, Wolf, Elk and Walrus were hunted to extinction in historic times. The flora of the country is varied incorporating both deciduous and coniferous woodland and moorland and tundra species.
No this isn't a National Geographic special, though that would be awesome to see, it's a tasting of two offerings by independent bottler Flora and Fauna. The Rosebank 12 year and the Mortlach 16 year.
Join us next time when we'll be tasting the Auchentoshan 10 year and Glenfarclas 10 year.
