On Top of Old Smokey
In the midst of winter you can often smell the scent of smoke from warm, wood burning fires drifting on the air. In this month’s show we enjoy some of that smokey warmth, but we found ours in a bottle…or two to be precise. This time around we are joined by Evo Terra for a fun filled tasting of The Caol Ila 12 year, and the Lagavulin 16 year.
In Scotch 101 we take a look at how scotch production is actually helping to clean up the environment, and we’ll look at some listener feedback as well.
Join us next time for the annual “Irish” show when we’ll be tasting the Connemara and Clontarf single malts from Ireland.
