Good job on this show fellas. The Balvenie is a favorite of mine as well. I'm going to disagree with Michael on Talisker and a cigar though: to me, most cigars go better with a sweeter liquor (but then, I like bourbon too). I don't want smokey flavor when I'm smoking, if you follow me. Depending on the stogie, I'd probably be more likely to reach for the double wood.

Great episode!! This by far has been my favorite podcast that you have produced. The conversation between the "Scotchcast" crew and Tee was outstanding.

Being from the Commonwealth, bourbon is often the spirit of choice, however after this podcast I look forward to enjoying the Balvenie 12 year Doublewood. I eagerly await future podcasts.

Much Success!!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Yes, the conversational tone was very nice and I think we will continue to try and have that in the future. I think that all three of us knew that we would eventually get there, but we wanted it to develop naturally. Having Tee as a guest just sped up the process.

As we have said, the Balvenie is one of our favorites and it always will be. There could be a couple of scotches coming in future shows that might become some of our new favorites. The Clynelish 14 from show #1 has that distinction.

If you have suggestions for scotches you would like us to review, please let us know. We have a tentative schedule that goes into next summer, but we can always change the order based on a suggestion.

I have to say the conversational tone that Tee brought out of you guys made this your best show yet. Maybe you should try being more relaxed and free flowing from now on. I think the other shows are good but seem a little rigid compared to this episode. Definitely your best yet.

Thanks so much for your podcast! I've listened since the beginning, and eagerly await each installment. The most recent show "Two for Tee" was my favorite so far, if only because you reviewed my favorite single malt by far - the Balvenie 12 year old doublewood. How do you say "nectar of the gods" in Gaelic (other than "Balvenie" I mean)?

I raised my glass with you in memory of Michael Jackson - and I raise it again to you, for carrying on his good work!
