A Taste of The Highlands
This time around we taste the Oban 14 year and one of our new favorites the Clynelish 14 year, we introduce our Scotch 101 segment with an explanation of the barley malting process, we give you an explanation of how we are going to score scotches here on The Scotchcast, and finally, we take just a minute to express our gratitude to Mr. Tee Morris.
Coming up on show #2 we taste the Auchentoshan Three Wood, and The Glenkinchie 10 year.

Just listened to the first show…great job guys! Not at all pretentious-sounding like I thought it would be. I love scotch but it’s always a toss-up as to what to try next. Now I can purchase with a purpose
Keep up the great work!
BTW, I heard about you on GeekBrief…I figured any connection you have with Cali Lewis is a good thing

Hey DC, glad to have ya with us. We really are just three regular guys with a love for scotch, so no pretentiousness here (we hope anyways!)
Take care and thanks for the kind words… and yeah… We LOVE Cali !
